Laguna Riviera

Excellent place for the family to stay! Friendly and helpful staff from the very moment we arrived, including the valet guys Armin and Carlos and the front desk Juanita. The hotel is located right in PCH on the beach side and walk down directly to the beach from our hotel. We had a newly-renovated room with a bunk bed in a separate room for our two boys with a courtyard view. The place was still under construction for certain sections but it didn’t bother us as they kept those work areas somewhat hidden and clearly separated. The hotel has a cozy little garden patio area with a fire and a beautiful view of the ocean which we took advantage of every night. We had access to the hotel’s beach amenities including beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, boogie boards, surfboards, and beach toys for the kiddos —- all included for free!

This place is a must!! The staff are lovely and so helpful. The hotel has a chill vibe that my entire family appreciated. Our room was the absolute coolest ever!! Windows overlooking the ocean, a balcony with chairs and a “porch” area with swings. Can’t beat this place!! Staff even let us use their umbrellas to walk to dinner in the rain.

Love the location None of the rooms had locks or the bathroom & we stayed with our kids . We also didn’t know it was going to be so tiny. I love the location and it would be good for a couple to stay in but terrible space for a family

It has a "non-chain" feel to it (family owned) and a great location on the beach. The ocean view rooms have an obstruction to the view and a sort of funky balcony.

Absolutely Fabulous!!! 5 Star from the time we walking into the door to the time we checked out! The Staff Juanita, Danielle & Diana where amazing so kind, friendly and attentive. These lady's treated us like family and because of them we will be returning again and again. The pool was the perfect temperature and the view was fabulous and great coffee as well. Thank you lady's for making our trip one we will never forget! We will see you soon! <3 Tricia & Darwin

It was a nice family trip but the lady on the front desk was rude and made an inappropriate comment.
