Wonderful stay for our family. The staff were nice and helpful. Wine and cheese happy hour on Friday night by the pool. Beach service was great. We had a room with a patio overlooking the pool and we could see the ocean too.

Stayed for 2 days with my family. The view was beautiful and the hotel met our needs. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The trolley was also available right outside.

It was very lovely.. had a mini stay before having a baby .. loved that it was near the beach. This man that checked me in was very friendly and even helped when I had trouble opening the hotel door.

Pros: beautiful views and steps away from the beach. Free parking, albeit, tiny spaces. Cons: Although some reviews describe the ocean sound as peaceful, it was incredibly loud to the point of being a nuisance when trying to sleep. Our sliding balcony door didn’t close properly and I’m sure that contributed to the problem. The only source of air was a plug in unit that was also unbearably loud. The room was clean, but had an odd stuffy smell throughout. The bathroom had only a frosted partition door. There were no beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, but you could use the pool towels. Overall, based on other reviews, I would have thought this place was a dream, but for someone traveling with a young child it proved to be dated, noisy, and not somewhere I would not return.

We enjoyed the location and large room. We stayed in the 2 Kings "ocean view," which was a great size for a family of 4, but it wasn't really ocean view like on the ocean; it's more across a bridge so that was a little misleading for us.

This place is perfect for a family who doesn’t want to spend too much money and wants to have a great vacation. It is right on the water. Beach is not wide but very nice. You get chairs and umbrella. Stuff was very friendly and response. The room had little fridge and microwave . When you travel w kids is it super important. There was a simple breakfast included. Our room was not ocean front, but we slept pretty well and it was not noisy w the window to the pull area being open. One evening a group of people were sitting around the pool and talking pretty loud around midnight , when I called the front desk, not only the phone was answered right away, but they spoke to the guests by the pool and they kept it down after. I am looking forward to coming back and telling others to come and visit this great place.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The location is great - clean beach front! That’s about the only great thing about this hotel. The bathroom does not have a proper door. It’s a glass partition that you can close and lock like you would see at a public restroom. It doesn’t keep the smell in when someone poops! It doesn’t have any exhaust ventilation but it has a frosted glass window that opens to the walkway where people pass by and look in! The sink is very small and virtually no countertop at all! The mirror is so high, I can see my forehead and that’s about it! Water pressure sucked! We had to have them come and increase it. It has a small rain shower and no handheld shower head so it was a challenge trying to get the kids cleaned! They also had fruit flies/gnats issue in the bathroom! There’s no A/C - just a plug-in portable unit that was too loud it was hard to sleep with it on. We tried to open the sliding door to let the breeze in but the other guests were talking outside their room and echoes through the courtyard. I could hear snoring from the next door! The sliding door also didn’t have a screen door. The “kitchen counter” is too high. The personal fridge stunk like something spoiled in it and didn’t really cool our drinks in it. There was a light/ceiling fan fixture above the kitchen area but there’s no switch for it. I swear I couldn’t find it! The building is old and rickety and feels somewhat unsafe! Not worth the $1000 I paid!

The king suite room was run down. I spent $500/night and the strike plate for the front door had fallen off. Yes they would have fixed it but they would not of reimbursed me for the time lost while they are in the room. I’m disappointed. The floor of the room was filthy. My 3 kids feet were almost black from I don’t know what was left on the vinyl floor. Clearly they vacuum but don’t mop. Tbh the hotel itself is a bit of a tourist trap because the condition of the hotel is much different than the pics. We were most happy with the location because it’s within walking distance to many restaurants and retail. The beach access is also treacherous. Great views from our room the king suite
