Everything was good but the only thing was they didn’t changed our bed sheets the second day like other hotels and so early to much noise kids screaming I couldn’t sleep but everything else was great I do recommend it to family and friends thank you

The communication was unclear, they would not allow an early check in which is fine but I also could not add the name of another adult for a room that was already paid for and it took time out of our family trip. Also, you need to pay an additional fee for parking and it is only if they have space. We did get a spot but we got there very early, they could do better at planning. Only perk is that it is so coinvent if you are going to Disneyland and the room was clean and comfortable once we did get in.

Great hotel! It was clean, rooms were updated and staff were very friendly. My kids loved the towel animal on our bed when we arrived. The distance to Disneyland can’t be beat! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for the price. It has what we needed and has a great room choice that accommodates a larger family.

We stayed with 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 infant. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned while you’re out. The ONLY reason to stay here is it’s proximity to the parks. If all you need is a bed to sleep for 6 hours because you’re going to spend every single other minute in the parks, or somewhere other then the room, then this place might work for you. At least they replaced the towels and took out the trash every day, BUT THATS IT! Our sheets got dirty from breakfast one morning, we pulled them off and left them in a pile on the floor; thinking they’d be changed- NOPE! We came back later that evening and had clean towels but the sheets were still on the floor and the carpet was not vacuumed. The place has a musty motel kind of smell. On the plus side; ordering Denny’s and being able to walk there is nice. We got a “suite” with 2 queens and a bunk; the layout was horrible! The bunks can’t watch TV and the bunks block the TV from 1 queen bed. Every single outlet was extremely loose; our phone chargers were barely hanging on. I suggest once your car is parked leave it; good luck getting it out. I’m convinced the only reason this hotel stays open as is is because it’s so close to the park. They know people will keep booking it for that reason so they have no incentive to make it better. Definitely not worth the price in our opinion. If you want a place to relax, or an extended stay, look somewhere else.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, convenient location. We love the bunk bed room, it was great for our family.

Proximity to Disney parks is so close! Motel was decent and affordable. Loved the bunk beds, able to fit a family of 6. I did not like parking (valet only) and we could hear EVERY step from the people above us.

Litterally all the staff there were helpful friendly and fast with everything. We asked for extra towels and sheets and toilet paper. And within 5 min they were at the door with it... valet was always helpful nd accommodating always smiling and cracked a few good disney jokes too. My kids came to me and said they were awsome too. So i will be coming back.

Picked for the hotel for the family suites and loved the rooms and pool. Had a wonderful time. Little older building so not all the plugs work which made working there a little rough but overall awesome!! Parking is crazy! Glad they had an overflow option. Close to lots of restaurants that are kid friendly. Great vacation!!! Thanks!!

Everything was average during our stay. Great it was steps away from the entrance to Disneyland. But their parking lot was not larger enough for the rooms that they have. Maybe 30 parking spots to 64 rooms. So your vehicle had to be parked by attending personal. When we woke up the first morning we were shocked. And we had to pay $28 per night for parking. The parking lot was like a sardine can not one vehicle could get out without the attending personal having to move every vehicle out of the way. So valet was closed from 12 to 6a.m. so if there was any kind of emergency your not getting any help, no emergency vehicles can get to you or any families in that hotel. Im going to try and add photo! Im not able to submit a photo, but it's truly not a good situation for parking at this site. Totally illegal!
