Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn

This stay was great! Very clean, modern, breakfast has many options and was included with my stay. We loved the place, and it had a pool, which my family loved. We will look to stay here again in the near future!

This was an amazing stay!! We had two rooms for our family. Each person we interacted with was amazing. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Really good breakfast. My second stay and will be back as we visit family in the area.

Walking distance for dinner! Friendly staff. Comfy room and pretty colors outside our window. Quick drive into the city into the city to see family

Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn and staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Very nice, clean, comfortable facility, and family- friendly. Staff were great! A staff member checked in via text messages after I checked in, until the end of my stay to inquire if I had any questions, or needed anything. Very impressive! Breakfast room had very nice array of hot and cold breakfast foods, beverages, fruit, etc. Dining area was on second floor (via elevator or stairs) and cleaned regularly by staff members. Every employee was courteous, friendly, and professional. Kudos to Best Western Plus Novato Oaks management for a quality facility and quality employees. Facility has a really nice pool on the 2nd floor adjacent to dining room. A young family with children came inside from the pool area (spa??) looking very content and relaxed. Again, top quality facility and easy drive into SF.

Front desk was so friendly congratulated me on my wedding (reason we were staying there). As soon as they saw my baby they offered me a pack and play and asked if I needed any other assistance. Room was clean and a good size. Beds were comfy. The included breakfast was the bed amount of options I’ve seen! We took advantage of it both days. The pool was clean and it was cool that they had a fireplace and bbqs to use. Overall a great stay.

Good size room. Room was really clean. Very comfy bed. Only problem was the room was a bit warm even after I turned off the hvac (I sleep warm). I would have liked to open windows but windows were odd in that they were street level (like looking at the curb) and didn't feel safe opening windows at night. Didn't eat breakfast here but assume it's like the typical offerings like at Marriotts or Hampsten's. Would stay here again whern visiting family.
