We were looking forward to swimming but couldn’t because the pool was out of order so kids were disappointed

The front desk service wasn’t that friendly. We booked two rooms for a family. One room was available at 1 o’clock. The second room wasn’t available until almost 5 o’clock half of the family have to wait in the lobby for hours.

Had a "cabana" room. Its was spacious but dark and noisy between the highway, fountain and kids screaming and yelling in the pool in the evening to the leaf blowers in the morning. Would recommend a high floor. Also the carpet was really nasty. Really needs to be shampoed!

We enjoyed the hotel with our children- The swimming pool was great- and we feel happy and excited about staying at the hotel. We are going to be back soon!

The hotel was great. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel's pool was not working. This was not explained at the time of booking. We had two children with us who were really looking forward to using the pool.

I had high expectations before going in but one incident left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s not a family-friendly hotel, especially the front desk: no proper welcome and no greeting with stern faces. The night shift manager is the unfriendliest of the lot, and she is insulting with an attitude. One defining moment changed the whole perception. It doesn’t matter if you are a Marriott member or not. You are not treated courteously or with respect. I highly recommend customer obsession and customer service training for the night shift manager. I’m not staying here again.
