Courtyard by Marriott Santa Clarita Valencia

Jumping kids all night long. Called front desk twice and kids still jumped until passed 11:00pm. Horrible night!

I chose this hotel because it was 10 minutes away from Magic Mountain. It is cozy and clean. Staff is very polite and caring. I would stay there again. Thank you for providing a clean and safe hotel for my family.

The property and room was amazing, my children and I enjoyed our time and patio view from the third floor. You could hear some noise from cars passing by but not enough to keep you from sleeping. The only thing I disliked which is also a safety concern is the cabinet shelf that holds the microwave ontop of the fridge. It was held by 4 plastic little pieces and a screw. Anytime we used the microwave the front two plastic pieces fell out causing the shelf between the microwave and fridge to collapse. Luckily my childs fingers werent nearby or they would have been injured. The falling of the shelf inbetween the microwave and fridge happened multiple times during our stay. I had my oldest constantly help me place the two plastic pieces back in place to avoid the microwave falling forward onto the floor which was frustrating. This is the only thing I disliked and is a safety concern.

Its pretty quiet during the week but on weekends you do get tacky people that don't know how to respect other people and be quiet. And let their kids run down the hallway. thanks

The property is nice. Staff was great. They have a nice restaurant that serves hot food and Starbucks drinks. Rooms were nice the lower floor room was noisy if you get kids above you. Warning!!!!! Don’t use or drink anything in the room! The Fiji water is $12.50! We got a charge for 30 dollars two days after our stay for 2 Fiji water and tax. There was no sign or a Fee sheet. I do understand some places charge for water. But 12.50 is excessive. And they need better signs.

Staff was very welcoming and we were able to check in early. We had to change rooms due to people above our room running and jumping (kids group). Staff were quick to accommodate the change.

Horrible experience air conditioner didn’t work kids play soccer in the hall way being super loud call the front desk 3 time they didn’t do nothing ask for more blankets 4 times before I got some . The price wasn’t fair the rest of the hotels around there where at least 100 less

It was a Great stay! Love the Bed. The pillows are not firm enough for us. So we know to bring our own. We will be back the next time we are down to visit family

Stayed at this hotel for memorial weekend and couldn’t be even more satisfied! Our rooms were very nice and clean. The pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing. Six flags magic mountain is 5 mins away and LA 45 mins away. This trip was perfect for my family and I!

This was our second vacation stay at this hotel. We love the location, conveniently located near the freeway & a close drive to shopping & restaurants. The staff are amazing! We were able to get early check-in which was so nice after flying in on the red-eye with no sleep. The hotel is modern, with a nice lounge, bar, cafe, pool & gym. It was a great place for family & friends to meet up & hang out. Our room was really nice with a pull-out sofa for our son. Magic Mountain is down the road & Universal Studios is about a 30 min. drive (depending on traffic). We will definitely stay here again.
