They were so attentive and accommodating. Beat service , best location, best staff. Would 1000 % recommend this place to friends and family! Best avocado toast as well at the Penthouse!

Absolutely loved it here. I will only book this place from now on when I’m in town. I went with my kids and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Hotel is not family-oriented:
1) parking is mostly for visitors ($55 every in-out)
2) queen-sized beds are not real queen size, more like big full size
3) bathroom is really small, not enough towels or vanities

The hotel's bed was extremely comfortable, more so than any I've stayed in for years. I travel frequently. However, there was no refrigerator in the room, rather a fully stocked bar. We don't drink alcohol. This was not very family friendly. The location was perfect to the Santa Monica boardwalk and pier and was very safe to walk around.

Well its not a hotel for family with kids, its a hotel only for business folks. There is no space to breathe fresh air, no balcony or open area siting, nothing for kids to enjoy, only your room and resturent, thats all

Clean and quiet. employee are not friendly. I asked for coffee pot for my family they didn't provide second day.

The staff, especially Blake and Mario, were amazing. We had lots and lots of rooms for a family wedding and it was the perfect place.

The horror of todays world is how changed the word Luxury is… I stay in luxury hotels when I travel to help with jet lag. White middle aged woman with some health issues, Because a luxury hotel usually offers services that help when I’m at the worse time of my travels, room service, coffee, food when I need it oh and spas for massage, I arrive check in is fine, the problem was the stupid television which held the keys to all room service oh there’s no printed info so no tv no services. Took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get the tv working I was very ill at this point. Got through the night woke to of course a still broken television, so no room service and I guess everyone who stays here is on west coast time, room service starts at 7 restaurant, open for limited hours so over all I paid for what I wanted and needed and received the opposite and the usual, so sorry charging you anyway, because you used a third party booking service. So if they want to punish us for using a booking service where I collect nights so my family can use them, then get off their list and good luck. Oh it’s a beautiful hotel great view, is that all it takes to get bunches of great reviews???

Connecting room is unacceptable. Stayed with my family and from the people next to us we can hear everything. So transparent. I will say the hotel is setting their ass up for big law suits if this continues. The city view is horrible. I will never stay there again.
