Best Western Plus Redondo Beach Inn

I was having issues in my house so had to stay a few days. It’s comfortable and my kids love the breakfast. No complaints!

Close to where our children live!

Clean, spacious and quiet. There is a parking space just in front of the building which is so convenient. The room was big enough to accommodate my families (two adults and two boys). The only thing i didnt like was that the shower is not that strong.

The breakfast was great and the service by the woman who takes care of the restaurant was amazing. Our room was great but next time we’ll ask to put in a room away from PCH. Our 2nd night was awful. There was a family that was checked in next door with a baby that cried horrifically for hours. We called the front desk but never heard the phone ring next door. We were up all night upset and frustrated. So much so, we cut our trip short. The front desk staff are less than professional, friendly or accommodating. Trying to speak to the front desk manager Anthony was a waste of time. He’s very sullen, lazy and unprofessional. He actually said to me “You can go ahead and stand there and look at me like that.” When I was dissatisfied with his service. In our stay, I never saw him move out of his chair or greet any guests, including myself or my husband separately or together. All in all you’ve lost a customer. We’ll find accommodations elsewhere.

It's convenient for family visits nearby

Good: 1. Nice breakfast 2. Nice pool and spa. 3. Good location. You can walk to some restaurants or stores. 4. Relatively quite. Bad: 1. Expedia says this property has laundry. No, it doesn’t!! I didn’t bring enough clothes for the whole vacation and I had to look for laundry elsewhere. 2. Room service by request only. Well, Ok, I understand it. One morning we decided that it’s time to make up the room and around 9:30 we put that “make up my room” door-knob card outside the room. The room wasn’t cleaned. Around 2 pm I went to front desk asking to clean up the room, and room still wasn’t cleaned that day. The maid came only on the following day in the morning. 3. We booked a room for 4 persons, we paid for 4 persons. When we arrived, there were only 2 bath towels. When we requested more, explaining that we are a family of 4, they gave us only 1 extra. We had to use our beach towels that we brought from home.

Enjoyed our stay here for our family vacation. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & comfortable.

The people below us were having loud sex which was disturbing to our young children. I would like a credit to stay another time. Ridiculous how we could hear them with the windows closed.

A great place to stay with family and friends on a vacation or staycation.

Spacious room, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, good breakfast for the price (the kids loved it).
