This hotel is good. We visit family in Bakersfield and stay here. Pool hasn’t been open both times we’ve visited. Which was this year and last. Which was a bummer and no one told us about it. This last time we stayed the toilet set wasn’t even fastened to the bowl. I called the front desk and they fixed it right away.

The cleanliness of the faculty was great. All the staff was very polite. When I called for extra towels they dropped them of in less than two minutes. I would recommend this stay if you are traveling with a family.

Staff is incapable of handling problems caused by patrons. Never saw any security patrolling cooriders, elevators or outside premises. Drunks in the hallway and children running up and down coriders and playing on the elevators is unacceptable
