I love going here always makes me feel like I'm home, small casino with a hotel, easy access to rooms, love the food, love the Sunday breakfast buffet, love the indoor basketball court, gym, arcade, bowling, and it's not to far from Eureka, where I visit family.

We took the grand kids with us and they lived the pool. The room was clean and comfy. We will stay again next time we head up that way.

This place was fantastic. We were looking for somewhere to bunk up with our dog and explore the Redwoods, and could not be happier at this resort. Breakfast was included, the room was modern and clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a reasonable price. Although there is a casino, there is also a family fun center with arcade and bowling across the street.

Great Stay. Even pet friendly. Food was great. Carry some great local beers. Casino games were fun (though they didn’t have any wheel of fortune slots!). Beautiful area, perfect costal weather. Room was suitable, nice big shower, beds were comfortable for my bad back. Give you three pillows, a firm, med and soft to suit yer preference. Across the street there is an activities center, with basketball courts. Plenty of fun for the kids.

When we arrived the room that I booked online apparently wasn’t the room I got. They said it was because I booked with a third party. Hmmm. There was hair in the shower and you could tell the floor wasn’t even swept. We had my grandbaby with us and let’s just say I wasn’t comfortable letting him touch the floor. Only one bar of little soap came with the room which was a facial bar. Which we did use for our hands. I guess when you pay 260 for one night you cant expect much these days☹️The bed was very comfy though.

Pros-The hotel is one of the nicest around the area, room is clean, had decent space in the room, and look safe since it is away from town and by itself, this is quite with nice mountains views. The hotel looks well maintenance. Cons-it is away from town so not much options for dining except for their restaurant. The restaurant does looks nice but the service is very slow, after sitting down took 15 minutes to get to order food and then took another 40-50 minutes to get our food both at dinner and breakfast even when there was not many customers at breakfast. The setting of the facilities are too spread out away from the main casino and hotel which are attached, however the recreational center and the family arcade area were not and area across the street from the main hotel, very inconvenient. Other casinos and hotels we been too have them all connected at least in the same lot.

My stay was not anything I would have ever expected as we arrived we were greeted by Elizabeth manager we got our room went down for dinner and sat there with the menu in our hand for 30 minutes decided to get up and leave and go to another facility in this very small casino that has fast food and that was a disgusting situation as far as what we were tasting in our food young girl named Maria was more concerned than the more mature adults in management help us and take care of the situation . And I can't say that the food there is a 10 fast food deep fried stuff this casino is very small doesn't have very much to offer you we were never told it had a pool or Spa till the last day and even then I would not have gone into the pool it was green and murky. When we got up the next morning to go have breakfast we were greeted by young woman by the name of echo she was rude and could have cared us to see us I took my concern to the management Elizabeth once again and she comped our breakfast which was very kind of her I asked to speak with General management there due to the fact that everything that I had gone through from the moment I stepped into the facility I was greeted by a man named Gary I couldn't believe it was any management position for the way he was dressed he looked like a janitor he addressed her concern cuz not only were we were there for our anniversary but we were in town due to a long lost family reunion that I was attending Gary was so apologetic that he said he's would take care of the first two nights that we had stood there and stated that Elizabeth manager would take care of the Third come to my surprise I was being charged for the third night and their explanation was I had misunderstood I decided to go ahead and take the two nights comp and leave that day the casino had no thrills for me very small and game tables weren't very exciting it this casino was not very active by any means customer wise. I do appreciate everything Elizabeth did for us but I could say this is been a trial and tribulation I can say this was one of my worst anniversaries I've ever spent anyone I will never go back to this facility we found out all the complaint cards which were compliments as well and I feel that maybe will not be heard I do intend to look further into getting my concerns to somebody that will listen and change the way Gary so called manager handled my situation

Overall good experience for us and the kids. Loved the Pac-Man game in the lobby. Free coffee and nice sitting area. Restaurant breakfast was good and very affordable after discounted tickets. Pool was super small, but enjoyed attached patio to outside that had an amazing view of the surrounding area. Would stay again.

It’s expensive to bring your dog I was told over the phone it would be an 35$ fee but when I got there it was an $35 fee per dog per day. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. Great for a family.
