Its in great condition for its age. Door on my room was too short to fully cover frame all the way to the top which allowed noise from crying children and barking dog in the hallway to keep me awake. Noise from trucks showing off and partiers leaving the bar and yelling in the alley came through the windows like they were open. I did not notice when booking that there were no televisions. Free basic breakfast was nice. Restaurant servers need training. They never came back for refills, i had to wave for service.

Nice renovated historic hotel. Parking is minimal and lot is open to anyone eating/drinking/staying at the property, they don’t reserve spaces for hotel guests, we were told look for a spot on the street. We stayed in the back house, our room was right next to the main door, so starting at around 6am we had people going in and out slamming the door. They also put out coffee in the hall right in front of our door which had people and kids congregating, talking and clomping around early in the morning.
