We love this place! This is the second time we have stayed and the staff is so amazing, we love that they bring in the fur babies, and we love that we can walk to shopping. We will stay here every time we come for our girls trip to Grass Valley!

I was so happy with this hotel. We got a suite and it was perfect. We have 2 kids that are big enough that they could sleep in one queen bed, but with the sofa bed, it gives them the comfort of their own bed. Breakfast was excellent! They make omelets for you in waffle makers which is genius! The gym is not an afterthought as it is in most hotels. It's actually large with a lot of equipment. And only a half a block off the main street you don't need to drive anywhere. Only 'issues' would have been (and these are so minor) if they stocked extra trash bags, paper towels in the room and more accessible outlets in the bedroom.

The Grass Valley Courtyard Suites was FABULOUS! I cannot stop telling people about what a wonderful time and experience we had. The staff was absolutely amazing and kind. It was our first time traveling with a pet and they made it so easy with a cute welcome gift for him plus a little grassy courtyard. The rooms were very cute and extremely clean and nice. There was even a wonderful free breakfast and a happy hour and bar where you can purchase very simple drinks plus beer and wine. It is just two blocks from the town so we didn't have to drive around. They kids enjoyed the pool.

I rented the suite for a family trip. It was a lovely experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was clean and worked great for me and my kids. The hot tub was delightful! Great spot to stay in Grass Valley

Excellent location for a cozy, casual family get away from the Bay Area. The property is walking distance from downtown, has a small pool and hot tub, and a fresh breakfast and happy hour are included. The staff is always down to earth and welcoming. We've stayed in several rooms on the property. Some are more updated than others but all have been clean, comfortable, and spacious - bonus points for the patios/balconies and full honor bar. This was our first trip up during the winter. The snow in the yard and patio kept our little guy occupied for hours!
