Very clean and very comfortable room. Plenty of parking and right off the freeway. Gas and places to eat close by. Breakfast was well stocked and steadily attended to. Selection was a little less than other Marriot hotels I've stayed at, but there was hot and cold foods and a decent selection. Pool was great. My kids loved it. Fitness room equipment included weights, treadmills and elliptical machines. Use time was from 7AM to 10PM, which was surprising. I went to check at 6 AM and people where in working out, so I joined them. Wish they would change sign/times. This seems late. I think if you are on a business trip and want to work out, you would want to start before 7 AM.
Definitely a top choice when staying in the San Jose area.

We have stayed at this property about 3 times before as we love the restaurant behind it. This time, however, will be our last. The hotel was gross. The shower had pink fungus growing on it. The curtains would not close so at 5:30 am we had a fully bright room with a 4month old baby. We called the night we checked in and let them know of these concerns and they said they had no rooms and they could do a partial refund. The next day the manager said they offered you an additional room last night ( untrue, the front desk said they had no rooms to move me into, as this is what I was actually asking for) and she offered to give me a $30 lol. That actually made me laugh. See the pictures and judge for yourself. We will never be staying here again.

We’ve stayed at this location multiple times now and each time they have maintained consistently with cleanliness, friendly service, and comfort. They have a decent breakfast selection serving a few hot bar options including oatmeal, eggs and sausage Saturday morning. They also have some bread choices along with cereal, fruit and yogurt. Most of all, our family loves this location because of the two king bed options. Definitely a go to when coming into town.

I actually didn’t stay here because I found out that my daughters cheer squad was an another SpringHill suites. When I explained the situation and asked if I could cancel to move hotels it wasn’t an issue. Amelio was so helpful and understanding. Before we switched hotels I did get to see our room and it was beautiful. The beds were nice and the bathroom/shower were nice as well. We had 2 TVs in our room which made it perfect with having kiddos.

Overall was great but my kids would have enjoyed breakfast if there were waffles and pancakes. Probably only that day when there are no waffles and pancakes?

This property looks really new! Beautiful hotel with nice finishes & everything you need. Room layout was a “10”. Two king beds - awesome. Sofa looked like a trundle which would be great if traveling with kids. Desk area was great ! Two TVs and a big bathroom. This hotel only offers showers, no tubs in the bathrooms. Water took about 10m to get hot. The 3 things i would change - the sink was TINY. Strange because there’s room for dual sinks. Sliding barn door with large pane of frosted glass to the bathroom is cool, but if someone gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom - there’s a lot of light, potentially waking companions. Charging me $7 each night to park in a large, spacious suburban hotel parking lot feels like “nickel and diming”. Just include it in the price of the room. When i questioned this practice, i was told it pays for security for my car - yet i had to sign a waiver acknowledging that the hotel is NOT responsible for the security of my car. Funny how that works. Feels like a money grab - like the airlines, adding on more and more fees. The complimentary breakfast was great - so many options - REAL eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, oatmeal with 10 topping choices, yogurt, fruit, juice. Much better than the free breakfast at other hotels. Convenient location. 10m from anything we needed. I will definitely seek out Marriott Spring Hill properties from here out. Great value for a great room!

The service I received from a certain hotel staff member on the morning shift was completely inadequate when I asked them a question. While I thought they would assist me with the issue, they were simply on the computer running it without providing any assistance. My family and I had to wait for several minutes, only to be asked if we had any other queries. When we requested an explanation, they simply told us to get in touch with customer service. All other staff members I encountered were outstanding, however.
