Just an overnight stay to take care of some appointments in the area. Wanted to take advantage of the gym and the pool for some downtime. There were very wet kids playing on the gym equipment when it clearly says age 18 and up. The kids were just shuffling between the pool and the gym. When we reported to a worker, she just said that she already talked to them but the parents won’t do anything. The pool doors open to the parking lot and people kept them open with rocks or chairs and anybody can just walk right in. Maybe we just came at a bad time but people were playing loud music and honestly, with the doors open like that, I feel like they’re not even guests at the hotel. They really should tighten up their security. Also, I don’t know how they regulate the parking cause you just pay online and don’t even have to show anyone the QR code on your phone. So basically anybody can just park on their lot, and they can probably even get away with it without paying.

Clean room and property. Affordable and well worth the price. Indoor pool for the kids was great. Defenitly be back.

The check in process was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. We did not try the dining option, so no opinion about that. The workout center was perfect size with decent equipment. The pool was not large but good enough size for several kids to comfortably be in the pool at the same time. The cost was economical. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

We love this hotel and the indoor pool. The staff is friendly, the rooms always look amazing, and there is so many places nearby to share some family activities and some yummy food.

Didn’t get service to our room. Went to talk to the housekeeper and asked when our room would be service she said she was off at 5, that should would be at our room by 3pm. I told her I needed shampoo and conditioner she told me that I needed to call the housemen so they could come to the room. I got back to my room after 8pm to find out the room was not service, no clean towels, trash not picked up and beds not made. I went down to the front desk to put a complaint I was told I needed to call the front desk for housekeeping since they just don’t go into a room since COVID. That’s a lie because I stay there once a year and never had this issue. He said someone would go to replace the bottles of shampoo and conditioner no one ever went. We only got clean towels. The next day when I went to check out I was asked how was my stay and I told the front desk and he apologized because the person at the front counter had given us wrong information. Housekeeping should have service our room without us calling the front desk, there was no sign on the door and that we shouldn’t have to call housemen. Very disappointed. My family stays every at this hotel and never been treated like this. No solution was offered.

Rooms were clean and updated. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our stay and I would go back. The only thing I could think to say wasn’t perfect was the amount of extra space in the room with two beds. Not a lot of room if you have multiple people. We had two rooms and the one with only a king, Of course, had plenty of room. The pool was fun, clean and having it indoors was perfect. A very successful trip.

Nice place, new clean and friendly staff. Seems to be very popular with business travellers, probably wouldn't recommend it for a fun family trip. The whole place around it smelled like a landfill. Not the hotel's problem, but it was unpleasant. It's also located in the middle of an industrial park, so there isn't much in the way of restaurants or other things to do in the area. I did enjoy the restaurant in the hotel though. Quick to get to SJC airport the next day as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids and we will definitely stay here again the next time we travel

The hotel is nice and comfortable and the staff is friendly. I stayed here with my son and a friend stayed with her kids as well and though they enjoyed the indoor pool, I will say that they were the only kids in the hotel it seemed like. It seems like almost all of the guests stay here on business so if you’re looking for a hotel geared towards family stays, this is not it. There are no restaurants and stores close by, only the hotel restaurant, I checked the menu and did not see a kids menu but wouldn’t have taken my son there since everyone seemed to be enjoying the kid free vibe. Again, nice hotel, nice stay, I would stay here again if I didn’t have my son with me.

Nice facility, clean rooms. Pillows were terrible, no stairs led to lobby, only to emergency exits so using the stairs was not possible for those of us that like stairs. It’s pointless to walk down to the second floor and still have to use the elevator. Pool was out of towels, I called for towels and the attendant told my girls they were out, so they brought nothing. So the kids had to leave wet and cold to return to the room. They seriously couldn’t find anything? how about a regular towel if they’re out of pool towels or keep up on the laundry if you offer a pool-
