SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley

It took over an hour waiting in the lobby to get an extra blanket on SAT around 9PM. One gentleman was working with a customer on an Expedia issue and was unable to help four to five guest during that time. Why is there only one person working at that time? The 2nd person came back from lunch (I assume) and immediately was rude to me. I was too tired at this point to say something as I needed to get my young kids to bed, now it being 10PM, check the front lobby footage as I waited the entire time.

Staff is amazing. Attentive to your needs. Courteous and kind. I absolutely love this hotel. My family and I felt safe as well. The rooms are spacious and clean. This is our first choice hotel to stay.

We stayed as a family for an event and it was better than I could've hoped for! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and inviting and the staff was extra kind. The breakfast was actually tasty and the fireplaces outside really made it feel like a relaxing vacation instead of the functional reason we were in the area. Even the workout area was wonderful. All in all, next time we are back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Just needed rest time with my grandkids

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of space for a full family. Down side was the electrical outlets didn't all work and made for some frustration and the breakfast offered very limited options (cold oatmeal). Easy, secure, and free on-site parking.

The gentleman at the front desk was out of this world great! Even though he was fighting through a painful dental issue, he was super welcoming and a pleasure to interact with! The hotel had amazing blackout curtains that honestly made it a little too easy to sleep in, but it was very welcomed for our trip, especially with our toddler in tow! Lol The hotel was very clean and had great attention to detail in including fine touches. It was our home away from home for three days and very comfortable. My only complaint is i wish it had a removable shower head in the shower. But otherwise everything was fantastic!

First of all, I would like to compliment the entire staff (from front desk to housekeeping) for their hospitality. The suite accommodations (4A/2C), price, and location were exactly what we needed for the purpose of our trip (a family wedding). I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel there are areas of improvement that need to be addressed before I can recommend or stay at this hotel again. - WIFI: there was a free option but I could not simply access it by logging in with my Marriott Bonvoy account (which is what it prompted me to do). The front desk had to call their internet provider so they could manually grant access to each of my devices. - Room amenities: our hotel phone didn't work and when we mentioned it to the front desk, they said it was a known issue but didn't offer to replace it. The closet layout was inconvenient; the bar was too low so our clothes dragged. - Eco-friendliness: Props for going more green but there were missteps. At check-in, they didn't mention the keycards activated the electricity. One of the toiletry dispensers actually fell off of the wall because it was taped on rather than reglued. - Housekeeping: Someone actually knocked on our door to ask if we needed services (and wrote it down) but in the end they only emptied trash. Old towels were left on the floor and we almost ran out of TP halfway thru our stay. Parking: Daily fee was never mentioned so I was charged after check-out. I don't mind paying as long as I'm aware beforehand.

Showing up systems down no TV no wifi had children with me and didn't help one bit with neither these working. They said they had temporary wifi but didn't even work. Under couch cushions were dirty and the pull out bed was disgusting.
