I didn’t like that the families that were at the pool left a mess. They should have been told to keep things clean

Great place to stay with kids.

We had a great time we went for a quick family trip and we had our bulldog with us and it was great to have a spot where he can use the bathroom. The room and great size and clean and the breakfast was great.

I know that I can always count on this hotel to be clean, awesome hospitality, comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the room itself is always immaculate. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is always on point with me and my family.

Brandon and Jessica were so professional and welcoming. Friendly and informative. Such a plus to your organization. Next time we come to visit family we will definitely stay there 👍. Great job team

I love everything about this hotel. Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. There is just minor issue, the furnace took forever to heat up the room. However I will definitely be back again whenever I come to visit my grandkids.

It’s a shame that customer service is so poor at this hotel. The hotel is new and clean, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, my room had a broken thermostat which made the room freezing on an already cold night. I was traveling with my newborn and was very concerned for my baby’s safety. It took two hours to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. Once I did, the front desk clerk told me that this was not her problem because she did not work for maintenance. I have attempted to reach out to the manager, but she will not respond to my calls. If you book, make sure you check the thermostat upon entering and ask for extra blankets.

The toilet was not clean. Had urine on the back. The floor above my room Had kids that were running. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do much.

It's quite good place to stay. Stayed with a family for one night. It's good stay but the room was missing a microwave and the fridge didn't have a freezer. All in all it was just ok.The great part is super near to a shopping area.

Outstanding for our family of 5 passing through from Yosemite to LA. Easy check in, kind staff, nice new property, comfortable room, great breakfast, very reasonable rate. If life brings you to Delano, stay here.
