Was called minutes before our check in and told that our room was double booked and we would need to pay extra for a bigger room or cal Expedia. It was a huge inconvenience because we were traveling with two babies and needed the space we had booked. Ended up paying extra for a bigger room that did not have the sleeping arrangements we needed. Was told we would receive a discount but that did not end up being the case.

Service was terrible. Mosquitoes by the millions all over inside the room. Staff was so rude, disrespectful, unethical. No help to getting my children and I a bug free room at 1am. Horrible breakfast buffet, employees are not attentive. No elevators, only stairs. I will not recommend nor stay again!!!
