Went with my daughter and son n law, and 3 grandkids. We were pretty tired, easy check in, lovely hotel, everyone was happy!!

When I showed up for my reservation we were a day late for our 2 night stay. We had our flights cancelled the day before, then delayed the day we arrived, and we got in at 11:30pm- exhausted. The front desk clerk said that he couldn't check us in under our Hotels.com reservation because the computer system wouldn't let him, so he told us the only way we could get into our rooms was to pay him with a credit card, then he'd reimburse us the next day. We needed to get the kids to bed, so I said fine. The next day the manager said he couldn't refund our money and that we'd have to take it up with Hotels.com. We found out later that Hotels.com can only reimburse if the hotel agrees- and Clovis Fresno said NO! They said they were keeping the $607 they charged us for the 2 nights stay through Hotels.com and the $407 they charged us the night we arrived in order to get into our rooms. When I called to speak to a manager he said "too bad". These people should not be in business! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have to say that it was an amazing stay. Clean, spacious, convenient, and would just say to add a fan in the restroom. We took our son to college and enjoyed our time with him. My kids loved the breakfast and pool.

Rooms were clean and sound proof. The hotel was full with various childrens athletic teams, but id never known they were there if i hadnt seen them in hotel lobby

We stayed in a spacious, large, one-room suite. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We were impressed with the comfort and great price. We also all enjoyed the breakfast, with lots of delicious, fresh and healthy options.

I moved to this hotel from a hotel I didn’t like because it was sketchy and small. This hotel was so nice and roomy. The kids loved it.

Stayed with my family while visiting national parks it was an excellent hotel close to everything and very clean

The studio rooms are huge. We are a family of 6 and it was perfect for us.
