been coming here for years while we visit family & friends. So many restaurants in walking distance. This hotel is clean & staff is friendly

Door to our would no stay shut unless you slammed the hell out of it. Rat infestation around the pool at night. Simone over filled the jacuzzi so it wasn’t working properly. There is a man that shows up at the breakfast area I have seen him before talking loud to paying customers Kinda annoying I think he is free loader. Almost forgot lot of drinking alcohol and smoking at and in the pool I have not experienced this at this hotel before not a family experience for the grandkids.

We have stayed at almost all the hotels in Fresno and some in Clovis. We started staying at the Cole about 8 years ago. We were very impressed because it was safe. No druggies or homeless people lurking about to give us concerns. The Staff are so wonderful and friendly they have become our friends, and they treat everybody like good friends. Anything we need they jump on it to help take care of the issue. It's close to shopping and restaurants, some are walkable even to us old people. We have family nearby who are weclomed to visit and hang out. Their free breakfast is hot and varied, so that is terrific. The pool and hot tub is always clean- It a win win for us every time.

Property was good. Hated people allowing their old teen kids to run and yell in halls/ rooms at midnight. If I had not fallen asleep, I would have made a ruckus as would have been done to me for same offense. Oh, their was weird pepperoni like things for breakfast.

The location is amazing. The grounds and the hotel are beautiful. I am originally from Clovis and when I come home, sometimes I need to stay here, or have other family members stay here. We love it!
