The staff was very accomadating and friendly. They even lent us a step stool for a big van. The courtyard was beautiful and a great place to hang with family.

Love this property, we come with family camping every year and this is always my go to hotel. The outside and greenery is beautiful. I am from Vegas, so I love the courtyard and the overall atmosphere of this hotel.

Decent Best Western. We stayed during Christmas while visiting family. I had an issue with my shower, and they accommodated me after I brought the issue up. The staff was AMAZING, the courtyard (with the lights) was beautiful, and the food was surprisingly good. The room was also very clean! I like to check the condition of the mattresses, the bathroom, and any appliances wherever I stay to avoid any avoidable allergic reactions and the room was well cleaned. Mattresses were comfortable, sheets crisp, starchy, and very clean. They provide free latte’s from a vending machine by the elevators (yay) and they had a coffee keuriglike machine in the room with four coffee pods. Pleasantly surprised, apart from the issue I had (that was resolved). Thank you, Best Western, for making our stay great.

The air conditioner was too loud. The desk was dirty. The walls were paper thin - I spent an hour listening to a screaming mother and her screaming children. The room didn’t have proper ventilation- when I arrived the humidity was high a s it has a moldy smell. I cut my trip short, checked out a say early.

I have stayed here many times throughout the years. This time around, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom: long hairs in bathroom drain, blood stain on wall by toilet paper holder, long hairs on desk. Usually, there havent been issues, so this may have been a one-off. Hope to not encounter these things again in the future, as it is one of the hotels my family and I frequent. Front desk staff is lovely.
