HYATT house Pleasanton

Wanted to find a comfortable location for my family during a sporting tournament. The location was great and rooms spacious. The temp outside was over 100 degrees during our stay. When our AC stopped working, front desk quickly sent maintenance to fix. Daily breakfast was great. Would stay again

This place is great if you're staying with kids. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen and living area. No elevators so that's something to consider if you have a lot of luggage. I stayed for 1 night and their "incidentals" fee was $250 which I think is insane. It's not posted anywhere before you book so ve prepared to have a $250 hold on your card for several days!

Hyatt House in Pleasanton is a nice place stay with family however no elevators so if you are above the 1st floor you have to cart your luggage up the stairs.

This property was very convenient for us, with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living space. Made it easy to visit with family while having separate space. The amenities looked great, wish I had time to utilize them!

When we first checked into our hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. However once we checked into our room the first thing we saw was a cockroach on the floor and multiple flies. After looking further we saw dog food on the floor as well. We felt disgusted since we were traveling with a baby and toddler. So we asked for a switch of rooms. Staff was very understanding and gave us another room. The second room did have a fly but you could smell it was cleaner. The next morning we walked out to get breakfast and right outside our hotel room was 3 cockroaches!!! This hotel has a BUG issue and really needs to get the rooms and the outside cleaned of bugs. We’ve NEVER felt this disgusted staying at a Hyatt before and will not be coming back. The breakfast was okay. Eggs were like powdered eggs. But the other items were decent. The two stars are just for the staff as they were very nice and accommodating. This place needs a full on clean.

Great stay with our family and wonderful full hot breakfast!

We had a blast, the kids loved the breakfast and the pool! We really enjoyed having the kitchen to use when we didn’t want to go out to eat.

I stayed with another family and the kids can play all they want until bedtime in the living area. and still have our own private bedroom and bath. very close to nice restaurants.

we booked a suite with two bedrooms. It's awesome to host two families and the kids loved it. It's hard to get a room that can hold six people in one suite. and a big enough living room for the six to play. They have a swimming pool and basketball and wonderful complimentary breakfast. The price is good because you can't get this price around the area. because the nearby hotel can hold only about 4 people in one room that means you have to book two rooms which cost more.

Full kitchen and spacious rooms - but terrible worn out bed (felt like sleeping on a wooden board - no pairings or cushion support, and we do have and appreciate firm beds - this was terrible), and glaring hall light thru the window all night. We did not sleep well. Exhausted with sore backs and hips. Called to report to Kendra the asset manager I guess - because we booked thru travelocity, she supposedly could not provide compensation or refund. We drove a half an hour from a weekend seminar to stay at a/this Hyatt, since our family frequents Hyatt hotels almost exclusively. Extremely disappointed.
