Embassy Suites by Hilton Hot Springs Hotel & Spa

This property was convenient for our 10 day visit with our daughter’s family. The first night our room was right above 2 huge rooftop fans loud enough we had difficulty sleeping. Changed rooms the next day with some difficulty. The rooms are very dark and the lighting is only lamps that don’t completely brighten the living room area. The bedroom has enough sunlight to brighten the room. The furnishings are clean but outdated. The bathroom has a tub/shower that is small and somewhat slippery. The breakfast was satisfactory, omelettes, cereal, limited pastries. Overall the facility needs updating.

The property was unkept dirty and smelt like mildew. I kept finding small peace’s of glass everywhere in our room and there were stains every where. The one good thing was the breakfast, all though they ran out of cups, knives and forks and the poor staff that were working had to put up with rude people. That’s the hotel management not having enough staff for the holiday period. My husband and I and the rest of our family would never stay at this particular hotel again. All though all the staff were extremely pleasant the hotel is was a huge let down for me.

Great location. Nice breakfast and dining options. Being 4th of July weekend, it did get a bit loud in the evenings as people partied/visited downstairs, but overall a lovely place to stay. Great for families and those with pets.

All staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great for an overnight stay with family.

Let me start by saying our family usually stays at Embassy’s if they’re available. This one, unfortunately is at the bottom of the list. We got in at 1pm, not expecting our room to be ready, it wasn’t. Came back at 5pm to a line that was about 10 people deep. Finally got to the desk, room STILL not ready. Claimed they were short staffed in housekeeping. (This is THE theme of this hotel). So I got right back in the 10 person check in line again. (Only 2 people checking people in) Carla was the wonderful lady that I got this time, she made sure our room was ready. Big shout out to her. Clarification, The people that were working were very hard working & pleasant!! I believe the problem is with management. Positive: we booked a corner suite & it was huge. I read reviews before we arrived that the hotel was dated & after staying here, I concur! We had an ant infestation in ours. For fear of having to wait for a new room we would just smush them everytime we saw them. I know mgmt reads these, so, head on up to Rm 704 on the counter above fridge, you’ll see them along the wall. Breakfast was equally as frustrating as check in. They had 1 chef cooking omelets for the whole hotel. Again, they worked as hard as they could. But, come on, get at least 2 back there! And don’t come at me with the red, green & yellow busy times. We were there at 7am one morning & 8:20 the next. Same issue both times. I could keep going but I’m out of characters! Easy fix! Mgmt!!!

We enjoyed our time at the Embassy Suites. The downside was they seemed short staffed. Had to wait a couple of hours for our room to be ready and long waits for breakfast too. It's an older hotel, but was good for our family.

This was a family friendly hotel for a reasonable budget. Our room smelled stale and was quite dusty such as layer of dust on tv and hairy sediment on lampshades. Sink in kitchenette had a greasy film. Tile on bathroom wall was broken and some parts missing and tub had black stains. Bathroom floor has rust spots. Carpet felt gritty and dirty. 2 of the outlets didn’t seem to work. Also, the window was cloudy and smeared. We went to the pool to find one towel available for 2 of us to use.

This will always be me and my family’s place to stay when we visit Hot Springs! I will recommend the Embassy to my friends and family.

Loved our stay! Everything was wonderful! We were in town for High Point Leaders Academy at Christian Ministries Church. Amazing church family.

Good hotel with convenience to things to do in Hot Springs. Early evening hours were very noisy with children playing in the atrium area.
