Rose was amazing, she went above and beyond. Our trip wasn’t for pleasure, it was a stressful one, but Rose made so much better. So much that my grandkids said, ‘she is going to Heaven!’ Thank you Rose

Hotel looked nice. Did smell pretty strongly of cigarettes. Quite a bit of noise throughout the night, but i think it was just someone with toddlers. Did however find what appeared to be two fingernails in my bed.

I enjoyed my stay at the La Quinta for several reasons. 1. Close to my family living there. 2. Close to restaurants and entertainment. 3. Quiet and clean. 4. Close to major highways in and out of Fort Smith.

3rd floor all Under Construction staff never mentioned when checking in - A mother of 4 children all under the age of 6 running wild in parking lot and on 3rd floor while Mom smokes weed. I guess that's America now days

Older building has that old hotel smell. staff was welcoming and helpful. Pool was being worked on during our stay and not open while we were here wiched bummed out the kids. Everything was ok but the elevator was a little shakey and needs new wallpaper in the halways as its falling off in spots. Seems like they started to do a face lift and then la quinta stopped after the lobby and the rooms and didnt do the common area but its passable. My only real complaint is that there was french fries on our rooms floor from the last guest

Amanda was a great host and very kind and helpful. She answered any and all questions along with being very helpful. Me and my family will definitely be back! Rooms were very nice, clean and cool upon our arrival. Definitely recommend if having to stay in the Ft. Smith area!
