Super 8 by Wyndham Eureka Springs

This hotel seemed to have lots.of rules which i understand but some many dos and dont signs in the room. The toilets are the size for little kids and seriously need new mattresses. More cleaning in pool area such as the windows. It could be very nice pool area.

The commode in our room was a child’s height!!!!!!!!! Of all the hotels we have stayed at we have never found a commode in the bathroom so small!!! It was not even normal height! I have knee problems and I am 5’6 and my husband is 5’9’ and when you sat down your knees were so far up and nothing to help pull you up!!!

This was honestly a great place to stay. Saturday night, after most of the shops were closed downtown, gave us swimming in the pool while watching a family-friendly movie. The breakfast the next morning was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cinnamon rolls, or choose from yogurt and cereal. The staff was friendly and professional.

Good room by the pool. Bad no TV No working refrigerator food went bad. Not good when you have kids who are hungry.

Wyndam did a great job transforming this hotel chain. At this one specifically, check in was easy, fast and friendly. Our room was near the pool so I could walk out the door and check on my family. There was cobbler (made by the hostess!) and icecream at 7pm in the lobby and a movie at the pool until 10pm. Very different and very fun. I will stay again whenever I am in town.

This was a fun little vacation in the spring because of the indoor pool and hot tub…the only issue was the pool chemicals seemed off. 2/3 of my kids had rashes from pool and my skin was extremely itchy after hot tub. Water was a foggy yellow color and the foam was extreme. There was kids unattended and running through halls constantly, but mgt took care of that. That’s just bad parenting, not hotels fault. The best thing about this hotel was the movie for kids at pool, Cobbler and Excellent Breakfast!

Overall our stay was great, and it was worth it for the price. Unfortunately, the lock on our room didn’t work and we had to be moved to a new room. The beds in the new room were pretty worn out. I will caution that the rooms near the pool are pretty noisy, there was a sign in the lobby stating this but nothing that I recall before arrival. They have music playing when the pool is open and a movie in the evenings. We were originally night next to where the sound system was located and got the pleasure of listening to the menu music for the evenings movie that was played at the pool over and over again as it wasn’t shut off when the movie ended. The breakfast was ok, cereal, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs and waffles. The pie and cobbler in the evenings was a nice touch and appreciated. The staff was very kind and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient- $6 per adult, $2 for kids for the whole day. I would definitely recommend using the shuttle if you plan to visit the downtown shops as parking is scarce and generally costs money. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying in the pool area if you prefer a quiet stay, but for the money this hotel was a great value.

The kids had a great time at the pool. Very convenient

This was a very pleasant stay for us. We had 6 people so got adjoining rooms and had no neighbors to worry about. The only thing that was questionable for me was, when i took the kiddos to the pool there were 3 men in the hot tub drinking beer, canned and glass bottles, it was just a little uncomfortable but other than that the staff was great and we had no issues at all.

Front desk was so nice! They serve cobble every night at 7 and just made you feel welcome! Movies in the pool every night for kids!
