The hotel location is great if you use trolley. Very noisy bikers, alcoholics, and pot smokers everywhere. Hotels.com did not show a dispensary in the Lobby! Staff did not patrol pool or hot tub area to minimize noise. We found a random pill on the floor under ottoman. Did not touch it. Bed was ok, smallest pillows ever, and child size toilet.

This was a really decent hotel for $77/ night. We stayed 3 nights with 2 kids. They loved the outdoor pool! It was close to everything around Eureka springs. You can easily walk to the trolly stop as well. Breakfast was yogurt with granola, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, cereal, apples, and the coffee wasn’t bad. The kids liked the frozen maple waffles they could pop into the microwave. The kids thought the quirky dining room was fun!

Our hotel hostess was the greatest. Helpful in planning our day. gracious and kind. we had to leave early for a family emergency, there were no problems.

Wonderful place to stay for a great price, front desk were courteous and ready to help with suggestions to eat and see around... Good location with about a 15 min walk/3-4 min drive to Downtown... Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Sauna were all nice options to use during the stay... Breakfast options were good with Hot and Cold options... Overall a great experience, family friendly hotel too...

Very clean and tidy rooms. Parking right outside the rooms. Pool and spa area were clean and had extended hours 7am to 11pm. Lots of games and activities for the kids. Breakfast area was really nice, but only served packaged food. Close enough to walk to restaurants or you can hop on the trolley that stops at the hotel all day long. I will definitely stay there again.

We were there with our family to see the passion play. Very stress free. Very good experience. The only somewhat negative was the breakfast. Didn't measure up to what we've had at other hotels.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff we're helpful, room was nice and clean other then a worm in the toilet 😬 but the beds and pillows were amazing, only complant was the walls are thin and the people on both sides of us kept me my husband and toddlers up till 1am last night standing in front of our door area laughing and talking and kids in the pool past 11pm yelling and fighting so didn't get much sleep before we had to leave.
