Osage Creek Lodge

The hotel location is great if you use trolley. Very noisy bikers, alcoholics, and pot smokers everywhere. Hotels.com did not show a dispensary in the Lobby! Staff did not patrol pool or hot tub area to minimize noise. We found a random pill on the floor under ottoman. Did not touch it. Bed was ok, smallest pillows ever, and child size toilet.

This was a really decent hotel for $77/ night. We stayed 3 nights with 2 kids. They loved the outdoor pool! It was close to everything around Eureka springs. You can easily walk to the trolly stop as well. Breakfast was yogurt with granola, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, cereal, apples, and the coffee wasn’t bad. The kids liked the frozen maple waffles they could pop into the microwave. The kids thought the quirky dining room was fun!

Charming place with great amenities. Customer service was top notch. Location was perfect for my family to access downtown, trollies, and tourist sites.

Pool and hot tub were relaxing and I slept like a baby!

Wonderful place to stay for a great price, front desk were courteous and ready to help with suggestions to eat and see around... Good location with about a 15 min walk/3-4 min drive to Downtown... Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Sauna were all nice options to use during the stay... Breakfast options were good with Hot and Cold options... Overall a great experience, family friendly hotel too...

We were there with our family to see the passion play. Very stress free. Very good experience. The only somewhat negative was the breakfast. Didn't measure up to what we've had at other hotels.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff we're helpful, room was nice and clean other then a worm in the toilet 😬 but the beds and pillows were amazing, only complant was the walls are thin and the people on both sides of us kept me my husband and toddlers up till 1am last night standing in front of our door area laughing and talking and kids in the pool past 11pm yelling and fighting so didn't get much sleep before we had to leave.

They should disclose in the hotel description that this hotel is also a dispensary. The lobby was not as clean as we hoped and there was a heavy smell of marijuana smoke indoors and a line of people for the dispensary. Luckily, we were in a separate building for our room, but even that had a heavy marijuana smell. I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind it, but it would have been good to know ahead of time and before booking. The location is good, close to the heart of Eureka Springs with a trolley stop right out front as well as grocery stores within walking distance. The room also was clean and layout of the hotel is interesting with three different buildings all separated. The grounds were nice and well maintained. Due to health issues and traveling with kids I don’t think we would choose this property again, but I’m sure it would work for quite a few people and may even be convenient

Great stay for a great price. Room was very clean, very comfortable. Asked for a roll-away and they had it up within the hour. Their shuttle to downtown and back to the hotel is a delight. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was a bit odd with its offerings, but still good. The 'game room' is brilliant for it's time-a stack of board games and puzzles in the breakfast room. My kids were surprised, but then started playing chess. What?! Hot tub area was clean and in good condition. No complaints.

This was kid friendly facility it was quiet and just outside of the Main Street, it was within walkable distance but they also offer a shuttle. There plenty of restaurants around, front staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Eureka
