This is one of my family's favorite places we've ever stayed. The rooms are cozy and clean. The owners are on site and seem to be wonderful people. I would highly recommend, and plan on staying there every time we visit Eureka Springs, Ark.

The property was not what the internet shows on the outside but inside was cute. We had drunk sick neighbors with a kid and there was a situation with our neighbors and the front desk and doors slammed women cursed and talked on a phone outside my window. I repeatedly called the office from my cell no phones in room and no one answered. This went on all evening late into 2am then again at 8. When I went to the office to complain no one came to the counter so I left the key and we went home. We won't be back to the Log Inn and my card was charged $92 more than your app charged us. Completely turned off by the whole experience. Yuck.
