Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Arkadelphia

It was average. The hotel is nice and clean but nothing is around. The pool area was unfortunately closed during our stay but looked nice! The breakfast was great and kid friendly. The beds were average and our kids did not have pillows on the pull out because the hotel was “out”. We made it work with a sheet and the couch pillows but strange that you have pre prepped bedding for the pullout but no pillows.

Kaitlyn was amazing. She went above and beyond to do what she had the ability to do my stay was not what I expected at all. There was no Wi-Fi connection for me and I missed a total day of work. I decided to take an I decided to take a nice shower only to realize there were no non-skid no slip materials anywhere in the bathroom, and I proceeded to fall all over the bathroom. Luckily, there is a bar attached to the shower that kept me from killing myself. I decided to take a shower and realized there were no non-slip materials, and I slipped all over the bathroom. Also the television in my room did not work so I did not enjoy my stay.

I was in town for a family gathering. The staff was great and my room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable rooms, good restaurant, family friendly.

We arrived late with two young children and checkin went smoothly until we couldn’t get into the room. We had to go downstairs to notify the front desk that our keys were not working. To my surprise, there was a line of people who were experiencing the same issue-keys weren’t working. Instead of programming the keys for our room, we ended up getting a different room on the third floor. We got up to the third floor and the same thing; the keys did not work! At this point, I stayed with our restless children on the third floor while my husband went back downstairs to complain. Once again, those same group of people were back downstairs because their key didn’t work either! The front desks solution was to give us all a “master key” to which we had to SHARE with another family who stayed on our floor! This was mind blowing! We’ve stayed at this hotel once before and have had issues with our room key but not to this extent; seems like the key programming needs to be revamped because this is an ongoing issue getting worse.
