Absolutely beautiful property! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel welcomed! The even welcomed us with champagne! The room was very clean and had amazing toiletries- NEST brand! Our neighbors checked in very late and since it was an adjoining "casita" we heard them come in and speaking with the staff but it was a small inconvenience. The casita was further out but we could either drive to the main pool or call and ask for a ride- we also had another pool on our side of the property so it was no big deal - it was actually nice to be far off from too much action. The pool had surprisingly amazing food and delicious cocktails! They even had a movie night at the pool for kids!

Awesome place to stay as a couple or family. Close to many attractions. Super friendly staff. Fireplace was excellent and view/privacy was impressive.

Gathering of family to memorialize the passing of a brother. Could not have had a warmer welcome or more caring experience.

The property was very nice and the room seemed great, however you can hear everything your neighbors do. We were on the bottom floor and the guests above us were not doing anything out of the ordinary and you could hear every step, the TV, doors shut, toilets, etc. It was very hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. In addition, we asked for a pack and play for our toddler before we arrived and it wasn’t there, I had to request it an additional two times and it didn’t arrive until after 9pm. And what arrived was a crib that my toddler couldn’t fit into, so he slept on the couch and fell off a few times onto the pillows we propped up just in case. Disappointed for how much money this place costs.

When we have extra time when taking our son to UofA we stay at the Omni. It's a great get away and it's very affordable. You must stay in the newer rooms - much nicer. Wouldn't work for family weekend, because it's too far from UofA campus. WE LOVE STAYING HERE AND WILL FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

We stayed 2 separate nights in one trip, we had a family gathering to attend in St David, AZ so we stayed on our way to and from. Staff was always nice and friendly. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The second stay we had an issue with our room and Destiny, at reception, very kindly allowed us to move to another room. Guillermo who had to go back and forth to get us keys was very patient. After settling into the new room, Destiny followed up with a call to see that everything was okay. We also visited the spa onsite and it is beautiful and service was excellent.
