Element Sedona

Amazing front desk staff. The room included a full kitchen, dishes, refrigerator, etc. A great place to stay with the family. There are two grills next to the pool that you can use to grill any meat.

We had a very pleasant experience staying here with family.

I stayed here from July 1st to 3rd for 2 nights and 3 days. I booked based on Expedia reviews with high hopes for my trip. Upon arrival, during check-in, I made a few requests, but the staff seemed very annoyed. Anyway, I got the room key and went in. My kids noticed "Dad! there's poop on bedsheet." Upon inspection, it was indeed very dirty. I immediately called and requested a change, but the unhelpful receptionist responded in an irritated tone that they would replace it, yet took over an hour to do so. When I went down to the front desk to ask why it hadn't been changed yet, they seemed to have forgotten the phone call. When I showed them pictures, they reluctantly agreed to send someone to change it. It seems they just covered up whatever mess the previous occupant left, whether it was poop or blood. But that's not the only issue. The next morning at breakfast, when I asked a female staff member if I could have just one extra patty, she got angry and mad, grabbed three patties from the serving and threw them onto my plate, asking why I needed them separately. She then muttered curses to herself and stormed into the kitchen. I was so upset that I couldn't eat anything more, feeling sick from the piece of bread I had earlier. Despite being a recently built hotel, the maintenance is poor. The white doors are covered in fingerprints, pots in the kitchen were unwashed, and there was a lot of dust under the stand. I ruined my vacation by staying at this ELEMENT Hotel.

The studio commons were perfect for my family. Very comfortable stay and the breakfast was great!

We still there for 2 days, rooms where big but didn't have bathtub for the kids. Staff person didn't put any water in the fruit water. Breakfast was simple didn't have lot of options compared with other Marriott hotels. Location was grea

The level of service is outstanding the entire team goes above and beyond. We were there for a celebration of life service with family traveling from all over the gm seth was outstanding

Nice place with a good outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We could walk to a market/grocery store and several restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes drive to popular spots and trails. Our bathroom door was off and wouldn’t close all the way. Luckily our family is very comfortable with one another. Haha. Parking was a bit of an issue. Hotel was busy and not enough spots on site so we had to park further away. Hotel was nice enough to comp the parking fee though.

It was very convenient for a family with timeshare vibe. Not high end hotel.
