Nice place, but it is a timeshare property so the staff will swarm you to try and get you to attend a presentation. We said no multiple times and still started shouting times down our throats, finally gave in than proceeded to say we did not qualify. The amenities are nice, we didn’t get to use them though as people hoarded the Ramada's for personal graduation parties all day/weekend. The adult pool is very small, only a few umbrellas doesn’t seem as well up kept as the ‘family’ pool.

This property was very nice. It has a pretty entrance and the grounds were well manicured. The pool area was big and there was a separate area for sunbathing with a hot tub. The outdoors also included a wading pool, and outdoor games. Very family friendly, yet set up nicely for these without children. This property has something for everyone! Inside our two bedroom two bathroom unit it was very clean and comfortable. They had extra towels for the pool if needed and a washer and dryer in the unit which I used. They even provided the laundry detergent. The only negative I can think of was the local airport is close by and we heard planes in the morning and Tuesday and Thursday mornings the grounds crew are doing work. We had a bottom unit so we heard the blowers. It may not be noisy on a top floor unit. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and we will stay there again on our next trip to Scottsdale.

I liked the size of the accomidations and that just about everything one could need to use was in the unit. We stayed in the 3br 2 ba unit and it was spacious. What i didn't like: pressured to attend a sales presentation, i didn't go, cookware and flatware dirty before use and ceilings thin, could hear children running and jumping all day up to 8 pm. I payed for internet that was basic and streaming was difficult. There were 3 adults and the hot water ran out on third person. It's by a small airport and planes pass over all the time.

It was very clean quiet property with spacious rooms. Difficult to get around without a vehicle. No restaurants on property or within walkable distance. We had to Uber to get around. This property would be perfect for a family or a group that has the convenience of a vehicle.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. 100% recommend to anyone. Great value and great facilities. Perfect for family getaways.
