Majestic Mountain Inn

This stay was amazing as always. Have stayed here solo and as a family this month. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. There was some pine needles, but in a forested area that’s to be expected. I stay whenever I can. There could be more outlets for cellphones.

The maid never came to clean my room even though I placed the Maid Service Requested magnet on the door each day. My relatives had the same issue for their room. One time a man used his key card and was able to open my door. Good thing I was inside to stop him from coming in. The pool area was nice but the pool itself hadn't been cleaned and there were barely enough towels for my family to use. We were there for a wedding, so we needed a place to stay. We will not be returning to this hotel.

I checked on Sunday, January 7th. The girl at the front desk was great. She welcomed me with a nice smile. Check-in was quick and easy. Her customer service was amazing. She even offered an upgrade to my room. The next morning, breakfast was awesome, lots of variety and Sandra was amazing. She greeted my family with a nice smile and made us feel like home. She had everything ready and was very helpful as well. Overall, my stay was amazing. Thank you to the staff. The room was great and very clean and neat. I'll definitely be staying here again one my next trip.

Such a fun little place to stay with family! Upon arrival, we got to see a group of elk walking around the property! Kept our distance but very fun to witness how large they are! Two restaurants very close by so we were able to walk to dinner. Staff was lovely, property was quiet and well kept. Room was very cute, with an electric fireplace and large tv for the kiddos. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great place for kids and family.

Had an issue with an accidental double charge, one at hotel and one with Expedia, called Expedia to get it resolved and was told to contact the hotel while the agents searched for my “missed booking”, the manager and front desk clerk worked with me to resolve the problem, both super friendly understood my frustration, and continuously apologized for my inconvenience. Finally Expedia resolved the issue on their end, but nothing short of amazing customer support from the staff at majestic mountain hotel. Will be recommending this hotel when friends and family are traveling to or through payson.

It's an amazing get away lots of places to hike and relax with the family get away from the city

I love this place. Ive been here for a family trip and a couples trip and its been top notch both times. I will be back to this place for sure!

What a different and refreshing experience! A patio to sit on in the evening and a pool to sit by while your grandkids swam! Happy hour was such a great experience! Met new friends and said good morning to everyone as we walked back to where a really great breakfast was being served! I especially like the hostess in the breakfast room ! Always smiling and always quick to offer assistance ! Front office check in was great and the employees were pleasing and very knowledgeable! Also the cost for our very clean room was way better than others!
