We were attending our grandchildren’s birthday and stayed over night. The hotel was nice, but I booked a queen size bed and we got a full size bed instead. The a/c did not cool the room down so I was up and down all night as I suffer from migraines and the heat does not help. I would get up and stand next to the a/c for about an 15 minutes then get back in bed and sleep for about 30 minutes and then repeat again with the a/c. The breakfast they serve is excellent with many choices.

Beds are stiff. Noise between rooms is loud. Pool is small, good for 1 family. Location is good with a small mall in walking distance. Plenty of food places nearby. Breakfast is standard.

First got a room someone had smoked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They gave me another room quickly and it was much better. However, room was next to the pool and although pool hours ended at 10 pm I did not complain as families were having fun, but next time I would request a room away from the pool. And the breakfast area was too crowded so did not enoy or participate in the continental breakfast.

We made a reservation here on the way back from Disneyland. After 6 hours of driving we needed some rest before the remaining 3.5 hours left to go. We arrived around 10pm. The guy who checked me in was very nice and we chatted a bit about californias crazy traffic. The hotel is tucked away behind superstition springs mall, its very quiet and safe. The room was small but very clean. The beds were comfortable with nice plump pillows, nice ice cold AC. Good cable on the tv, most hotels these days have messed up cable and the pictures all weird on the screen but not here, the kids could watch their toons with no issues. The shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. The only complaints I have is the shower door looks nice but has a half inch gap all around it so water leaks all over the floor the entire time your showering and they give you the smallest shampoo and conditioner bottles i have ever seen, literal miniatures. There is only one entry/exit and there is an elevator but if your able to just take the stairs. The stairs are wide and theres only about 12 of them, its way faster to take the stairs. We were only on the 2nd floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And we would return if we needed another one night stay.

Stay was ok. Expensive. Rate is overpriced especially for a couple of reasons... 1. Old 2. Seems they tried to fit as many rooms as possible in the building...so the rooms are tiny...especially for a family of 4. 2 beds. 3. Breakfast was ok..not the best tasting. 4. No gym 5. Only 1 elevator..old. Location was good..convenient and seemed safe. A lot of restaurants nearby...this hotel is literally in the mall. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Pool was heated and comfy. Staff was ok...not the friendliest. We also needed towels...had to wait for the guy at the front desk to finish his cigarette.

When I was checking in there as another customer complaining at the front desk that his AC wasn't working and wanted it to be fixed or a new room. Not a good sign. Fortunately, our AC was fine. The first night was good but the second night there were a bunch of kids upstairs running and jumping around all night having a party. Better planning on the check in staff to put teenagers on the first floor would have made things better. It was an ok stay. The location was perfect for us with a lot of things within walking distance.

Stayed here multiple days, while family member was at Banner Desert down the road. After long days at the hospital, it was phenomenal to come back to a nice room with the most comfortable bed and sheets I think I've had at any hotel... would recommend to anyone!

I did not like how I waited almost an hour for a room I booked just to find out when we got the key and went inside that it was not cleaned yet. There was a bad odor from the moment I walked and the smell of cigarettes. We were told that only one staff was working on that side but that she was also in charge of the food/kitchen. All of these could have been legitimate but still very unprofessional and inconvenient. If I knew I would have wasted around an hour of my time on some room I booked but did not get, I would have stayed with family or chosen another place to stay.
