Very clean and nuce breakfast. One thing we didn't like was when we walked out of the room the hall stunk so bad of someone smoking weed. Very upset about that since i had a child with ne.

To preface, we’ve stayed at Country Inn and Suites hotels throughout the country and have always been satisfied with the accommodations. We were extremely disappointed though with our recent stay. For positives, the hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient during check-in and the daily breakfast was decent. The major concerns were over the condition of the property and room. The corridors and rooms smelled terribly, like cheap air freshener poorly masking mildew, smoke, and other foul odors of an aging hotel. The rooms were dirty, including linens that were stained and appeared to have not been changed out from the prior guest. Likewise, the bathroom was in a poor state with the shower curtain dirty and mildewed/moldy. Our rooms were not made up by housekeeping over several days, despite requesting service from the front desk. We asked for extra pillows for one of our kids to prop up in bed because she wants feeling good to which the front desk advised there were no additional pillows available in the entire hotel. Lastly, the $200+ cost per night for each room was a terrible value considering the issues with the room and dilapidated condition of the property. I would strongly urge potential guests to look for another property in the area that is cleaner and a better value.

When I got there everybody was complaining about ac in the floor I was goin to get I decided not to stay n they still charged me 170.00 you wouldn’t put your family in that situation

Nice stay and options available for a family of 4 to stay. Breakfast was a plus.

Disappointed. Check in is 4pm however we just drove 14 hours only to be told our room wasn’t ready…then was told we could check back at 1pm, it’s a possibility our room may be available. We returned at 1:45pm still not ready so we left again and returned at 3pm was told again room still not ready…so we just waited outside since it was closed to 4pm, we seen a family pull up and they were getting their luggage together and they told my daughter that they were told if they pay an additional $20 they they could check in. My first issue is they didn’t offer that to me and my family. Second why they charging extra for an already overpriced room rate.? So I go to check in they gave us “our room” key get to room and it’s a handicap accessible room.? Yet my reservation did not say anything about handicap.? So we’re in the room and we checking out things then we find a man’s shoe under the bed and a deodorant bottle in the bedroom corner.! We went straight back to front desk and the little girl at the counter tried to tell us that there’s no other rooms available but thankfully Mgr Thomas was right there and he found us a room. Now the building is a older building they make the front area and breakfast area more modern but the rooms need major upgrades … beds were not much to speak of, the pillows don’t even fit the bed size, the fridge didn’t get super cold and the tv was a 32 inch.? I didn’t even think that size was still made.??? Lol Overpriced rooms for a 1 ⭐️ place

Good place for a family. Located close to lots of restaurants, but lots of traffic. Mall nearby. Bathrooms need renovating.

We stayed several days at this hotel for a family event near by. Upon checking into our room, the furniture and carpet were heavily soiled. The wooden headboard had a thick layer of dust and dirt. The room was NOTHING like the photos they had online. We immediately left the room and requested a room change. The new room was better and more updated. Was a little more like their pics. My parents room was dingy. The sink in their room would not drain. They had someone come look at it finally towards the end of their 1 week stay. Maintenance put something down the sink that was very chemical smelling. Made my parents nauseas and light headed. They had to leave their room for several hours. My brother’s room was also less to be desired. Dingy, dirty, and rooms smell moldy. Between my family, we stayed in several different rooms and none of them were comfortable. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows as well. I have paid less per night for a higher end hotel. I was expecting at minimum clean and comfortable rooms for the rates we paid.
