I love booking at the Hampton Inn and Suites Hitels, however, the lady at the front desk Paula was very rude and not accommodating to myself and family.

This is a very nice facility, very clean, conveniently located, and friendly helpful staff. We will definitely stay here in the future when we visit family in the area.

Like the quiet, cleanliness, n for me convince of shopping n eateries, n close to my family...but they have got to change up or add to breakfast..n stop with the onions, as not everyone can eat them..has been same breakfast for a few yrs now..also with their wine-there r so many good wines out there n they serve Berringer..1st glass is free, but then u have to buy any additionals, n i would not pay for Berringer..how about using glass instead of plastic to serve wine..green tree has good looking glasses very cheap, n wine does taste better in glass as opposed to plastic..

Visiting family in Peoria. Hampton Suites was closest. It was good. Could use a horizonal handicapped bar instead of vertical in the bathroom. My husband did slip and fall in the shower. He is fine! No problem. Could REALLY use a towel bar or hook closer to the tub/shower. Rather tough to get the towel for short people. The bed was too high for short people. The toilet to short for tall people. But aside from that, we were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, just okay. Omlets were one choice only. Would have liked scrambled eggs as an option for those who do not like the omlet with peppers. The make your own mini waffels were really good.

10 minutes from Surprise Stadium- we were there for Royals Spring Training. Grocery store just a parking lot over, plenty of restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was the best of our 5 hotel trip. (We did many other family things around Arizona and the region)

Stayed at this hotel last min for our superbowl weekend trip because the best western we were supposed to stay at caught fire the day before and we were not notified. This hotel was cheaper, had great breakfast, room was clean, staff was friendly. should have booked this one first but it was just a little further. we had 2 queen and double sofa bed suite fit my family of 5 perfectly.

I stayed here while a family member was having emergency surgery at a nearby hospital for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 24 hour coffee bar and breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn was a respite from an otherwise stressful stay. The only thing that was odd was that housekeeping did not come everyday. I had to ask for them to come and clean every other day. When they did, it was immaculate but it was odd that I had to ask. I would definitely stay here again.

the stay was wonderful, walking distance to a grocery store and strip mall. only complaint was my grandchildren were upset that the bathroom door would not latch.
