Food availability was an issue. Main cafe was closed on Sunday. Not everyone wants to eat at a high price steak restaurant as only option. Nearest town is Flagstaff which is 20 miles away. Rooms overpriced given lack of other amenities . Pool had a tone of kids running around and diving in low end. No hotel attendants were checking in on it. I will stay elsewhere next time.

I suppose the 5-star review I gave may partly be because of the newness of the Hotel but I was so amazed at it's cleanliness and comfort. I especially felt safe here and love that each room was safely pocketed along the long hallway, instead of rows of doors extending for hundres of feet where you can hear the echos and noises from other guests, kids and slamming doors. I am grateful for the restaurant convenience and fun at the smoke free casino.

Twin Arrows is super clean. The rooms are extra comfy with updated furniture. I love the pool and gaming center for children. Overall, Twin Arrows never disappoints!

The Video game room is an amazing option for kids. Super impressed by it. Only complaint is the room AC is on the weaker side. It took us about 4 hours to get the temperature to a comfortable point.

Not a family friendly hotel. They want kids to be quiet in the room at 8pm because some people cannot stand kids. This is not a place for kids!

Person checking in our family was having a bad day, and taking it out on us. Rooms were dirty, moldy showers, someone else's hair on towels, showers, and floors. Uck. Would not recommend.
