Property was ok shuttle transportation was nice. Onsite staff was rude and uninterested in helping. They refused to offer an upgraded room when they had plenty available. We had to go to the office every night because our keys would not work. The staff in general definitely needs customer service classes. The office is run by mostly kids that do not know what hospitality means. I would not suggest this location to anyone and would not stay again.
