Rude and unprofessional children make up the front desk staff. They are always giggling. Super inconvenient location for pedestrians. Only stay here if you’ve rented a car. They also have a night watch security guard which is totally bogus. What a surprise that she spends the whole time trying to get you to use the side door while they lock the front door. I think this is all just a scheme not to have late check in. They don’t clean the rooms unless you’re staying weekly, in which case they’ll get to it once every 7 days. I interacted with one professional person at check-in. Everyone else was goofing off, laughing, and we had to remind them to do their jobs. Place is a joke, and it’s not cheap. Don’t make the mistake we did. Stay anywhere else in Juneau and you should be in better hands.

Location convenient to airport, but you'll need a car to get to downtown. Clean spacious room in relatively new hotel. Pull-out couch allowed family of 4 to share room. We only stayed 1-night before flying out, but room had a full-size fridge and cook-top
