1st time staying here. Good rooms and I was happy with them having Actual Movie Channels. Once u see where u can park, it gets a little bit better. Was nice to have a Washer and Dryer in the rooms, but no matter what we did our washer was always hot. The shower curtain had a Moldy smell to it and they don’t clean it room daily. But u can exchange the towels fairly easy. For the Price we paid for just 2 nights, there shouldn’t have been any problems, but there were little ones. I would be open to staying here again

We went to Juneau from Anchorage to help do some work on my Grandparents home. They set us up with the Juneau Hotel for 4 nights because house was under construction. We were pleasantly surprised because it was much more than a room. It was actually a two room suite with a full kitchen, including a refer and dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. Wow we wish we were staying longer because it was walking distance to down town and being on the water the wharf was right near by. Having a full kitchen saved us on food expense. The staff was also great. After checking out and waiting at my families home before going to the airport we received a phone call from the front desk at the hotel letting us know that we had forgotten a very expensive blue-tooth speaker in the room. Thanks you (I believe his name was Tom) we really appreciated the honesty.

We loved this hotel—it felt like an apartment. Having laundry in the room was amazing, and as a family of five we felt like we could really spread out and relax. The full kitchen had what we needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful. Location was perfect—we could walk to downtown in about twenty minutes, and there were several great restaurants within ten minutes. I’d definitely stay again!

We reserved a 2 queen room with a fold out bed to accommodate 5 kids, but arrived after 19 hours of traveling with children to find that the room we reserved wasn't available, despite confirming that it was available and everything was in order on our way up from Seattle. It was very frustrating.

Good spot for 2 adults and 2 kids to crash for a couple hours between flights. Airport shuttle was very nice.

This hotel room is huge. Perfect for families traveling together as it has a separate bedroom and living room with pull-out couch. The only negative if I had to name one was the road noise as my room backed up to a bridge. It was only a bother when large trucks or loud cars went by when the windows were open at night. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We would stay here again as the location is so easy to walk everywhere downtown!

Four family members stayed at the Juneau Hotel for two nights before embarking on a small ship cruise. I have already written of our experience with the shuttle service, or lack of it. We had already made reservations with Juneau Hotel for an overnight stay upon or return from the cruise. This time, the experience was generally better. The attendant at the desk when we arrived back on a Sunday early afternoon was very pleasant and helpful. She said she was new. Later, the same young man - teenager? was at the desk. He was uncommunicative when I left for a walk in the early afternoon and had his head down on the counter, sleeping, when I returned. Because we did not trust the Juneau Hotel shuttle service, we made a taxi reservation for our trip to the airport early the next morning. Overall, I would recommend this hotel with some cautions. The rooms on the bridge side are noisy. Try to get a room on the opposite side. The shuttle service should not be relied on. There are no restaurants close by, although there is an IGA foodstore within 5-7 minutes walking distance. You must cross a busy highway to get to it though and a 13 year old cyclist was hit by a car near a controlled intersection on the highway and critically injured while we were there.
