Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very nice at both check in and check out. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel looked fantastic. My only complaint is room was a tad small. Was fine for two people but would not work for large families.

The entry point of the hotel appears to be where the majority of the money was spent to make it very welcoming and appear to be high end. Staff was friendly. Credit card machines were very old and could only swipe for pay which was an issue for me. The rooms were heavily dated and not in the best condition. It would appear that the rooms are where the company decided they didnt want to spend much money upgrading. The air vents in the room were surrounded by dust, you could see the streaks of dust running up the wall to the ceiling. The bathtub/shower....drain was clogged when we arrived, took a shower standing in 4" of water....thats always fun. The toilet was a lot like one you would find in a stadium or a high school, very plain, very loud, no comfort. The toilet seat was about the cheapest piece of plastic you can buy at walmart. The television was very old, basic cable, somwthing i would expect to find at a much more low end hotel. The bed was decent atleast. So theres that. Honestly, it seems like this hotel in downtown is dying and they have done nothing other than spend a fortune beautifying the entrace to make it seem so much better than it actually is. They REALLY need to work the rooms over and bring them into the 21st century. If they plan on charging so much for a single night. And pay to park $20 per night with no validating....are you kidding me? *unfortunately i did not take any photos during my stay, i now realize i could have shared them, so my apologies.
