Last minute trip with the family. Customer service at the front desk was top notch. Any time I had a question they were happy to help or answer it! King suite with sofa sleeper was super comfy with a nice bathroom. Amazing view of the beach from our balcony too. The pool area was my daughter’s favorite place and where we spent most of our time. Having the bar so close was nice also. I’ve stayed at this location twice now and will not hesitate to book again! Hopefully with our dog next time. Forgot to mention a coffee shop and planet smoothie right down stairs and a door away.

This Hotel stay was by far the best experience I’ve had at a hote! The staff were wonderful. The hotel was very nice and clean. My family and I will be staying there again next year.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff was great. Our only complaint is that we spent DAYS looking for a hotel close to the beach with an indoor pool as we have a toddler and the indoor pool heater was broken our entire stay and the water was entirely too cold to swim in. It was a huge disappointment for our daughter! Other than that, our stay was great/

Our stay was really amazing. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the indoor pool heater was broken and the pool was a bit cold for the days we couldn’t swim outside. Outside of that the front desk staff and bar staff was excellent!! I highly recommend and will return with my family.

Love: location, amenities, pet friendly, no carpet, staff, clean, very big rooms. Needs help: with a suite you should get a microwave. We had NO way of heating anything making this unfriendly for a family. The rooms have more than enough room to put one in. ?? Needs larger refrigerator in the standard rooms. We stayed in both types of rooms this trip.

The hotel never said anywhere when you check in that you cannot check in until 4. I did not find that out u til after I got my confirmation. I have never stayed at a hotel that check in was that late but then you have to check out by 11, 1 at the latest. We called at 10:50 to see about checking in early and they said they put us on a list and I kept Checking. Another family we met got there at 1 and was able to get into their room at 3. We did not get our room until 4:30! Will not ever be staying here again the check in time is ridiculous.
