The staff here went above and beyond my expectations. Our child left their blanket behind after our stay. I called the hotel and a front desk clerk( I can’t remember her name) quickly found the blanket with the cleaning crew. Ashley, the manager was so kind to ship the blanket to us. She supplied me with cost, tracking number. Very professional and above all, they were both very kind. Thank you so very much for your sensitivity. Excellent people here.

Hotel was good, shower not so good, I did report it to the desk clerk. There was more water coming out of the faucet then the shower head. Hopefully they will fix that. There was yelling and banging on a neighboring room at about 1am due to some children locked themselves in a room. I’m sure the entire floor was woken up due to this.

My stay was amazing. Breakfast was delicious every morning I stayed. I will definitely recommend Best Western to my family. I will be staying there again.

My stay here was awesome! We had a family of 15+ and the employees at this hotel made sure we had everything we needed. The hospitality was unmatched and we will for sure be staying her EVERYTIME we are in Demopolis! Huge shout out to Mrs. Margaret, Mr. Willie, and the amazing breakfast chef Ms. Nettie for going above and beyond for us.
