Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gadsden

I’m so glad I picked this hotel during the brief moments in/out of service through the area. Family of four with a preteen and a toddler. The staff was more than accommodating (not that I asked, I was afforded options! Can you imagine?!) and always incredibly, genuinely friendly. We had laundry to do from earlier on our trip, and Landers was as the night manager on, and such a pleasure to work with and talk to. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Only weird thing was the doors to the pool were taped? That made me a bit nervous, but not a deterrent at all. And the breakfast! So good!! My husband went back for seconds. I will absolutely keep this location in my favorites since we’ll be traveling this route more often in the future.

We spent the night here on our way back from Florida. The desk person was friendly. Check-in was no problem. The room was comfortable and clean. The 12:00 check-out time is nice if you have kids that need to sleep in a little. They have free hot breakfast in the mornings, which was good.
