Had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Trearddur Bay Hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and the hotel feels like a home away from home. Our dog accompanied us on the stay and enjoyed every minute of his time on the beach, which is less than a minutes walk away. Our dog was treated like one of the family by all hotel staff and he especially enjoyed his breakfast treats. Lots of dog friendly places to eat out around the bay but the food at the hotel snug bar was our favourite. Relaxing and cosy with a good menu to suit all.

Stopped for one night in cottage 44 as we were catching the 9am ferry to Dublin. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. We stayed in cottage 44 which was on the side of the group of cottages. The room was small, but had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Shower was clean and worked well. We booked an evening meal for 7pm. The meal was cooked as we ordered and my wife and I both enjoyed our meals, which came out in about the right amount of time for them to have been cooked fresh. We arrived 10 mins early for breakfast to start at 7am and I think the staff guessed we were leaving for the ferry, so let us sit down early and took our order straight away, which we appreciated. Breakfast was OK and my wife and I both enjoyed it. Glad we had breakfast as we didn’t eat until 7pm that evening so the breakfast set us up nicely. All in all, I couldn’t fault the hotel, the cleanliness or the staff. We are travelling back to Dublin next year with our children and their partners and are booking again with this hotel. For us, we don't know many hotels near Holyhead so when we find a good one, we'll keep coming back. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience.

All good but 270 for one night was a bit much as the walls are paper thin , hardly slept due to neighbor , they wasnt being idiots just talking but kept waking the kids so had horrific sleep and ruined my stay . Room , hotel, service, location are awesome though just that one silly thing spoiled it

A fantastic hotel for a short break. The family room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable with a great view. Loved the tea tray with supplies of tea/coffee/ hot chocolate and the packets of Borders biscuits went down a treat. The glass bottled water was also a lovely touch. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was second to none. Amazing pastries and the cooked to order hot breakfast was delicious.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Only stayed one night as we were visiting family but will definitely return. Dog friendly which was perfect as we had our Labrador with us. Room overlooked the bay. Great staff. Had a swim in the indoor pool, our grandchildren loved it. A stroll in the beach looking for crabs in the rock pools, played on the play area. Booked a meal in the Inn at the Bay and our family joined us. Food was lovely. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice - cereals, toast, pastries, juice, fruit followed by a full cooked breakfast or porridge. Highly recommend the Trearddur Bay hotel.

Holiday with grandsons. Had a family room. Housekeeping not the best. Nowhere to hang towels and sink not cleaned. The beds are comfortable Breakfast good and plentiful, all the staff are helpful and friendly. Meals in pub area and 1828 garden bar were good. Indoor pool used daily, great for the children, but highly chlorinated affecting eyes. The hotel is in a wonderful situation on the bay and in a lovely resort.
