Me and my grandad got in very late at around half eleven. As soon as we walked through the door we could tell it was one of those horrible hotels. We booked a family room(which had three beds)and we got a single room with only one bed! We got up so we could get the ferry to Ireland and hoped that the ‘all you could eat buffet’ would at least make it a bit better but no it was just a few boxes of cereal and a little table with no chairs. At least the bed was comfy.

Love this hotel. As soon as we arrived a lovely welcome. No hold up for checking in.
Lovely staff. Lovely big family room. Love the deco in our room and through out the hotel. Will be defo booking here again.

Very enjoyable time spent here at this family run hotel. Met with a most friendly gentleman on check in. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal for ferry at Holyhead

Comfortable family room, with lots of space. Evening meal was nice, breakfast was alright. Some fresh fruit and not tinned tomatoes at breakfast would be better. Otherwise friendly helpful staff.

Loved this hotel. Family of 5 after a 6 hour car journey - such a relief to check in and find the family room was absolutely lovely. 5 hand towels, 5 bath towels, 5 cups, 5 glasses etc. - it was a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing but the 10am check out was a little early as a lie in was needed! Perfect place to stay - we were getting the ferry back to Ireland the next morning. Would 100% stay again

The hotel is situated within a 10 minute drive of the Holyhead port making it handy when travelling as i did with the family.
The hotel has a large carpark which helps given that the hotel also has a restaurant with good home cooked food, which we enjoyed after a long wet drive from Nottingham.
The staff were all friendly and we felt that they couldn't do enough for you.

This is an older hotel, but was very comfortable. We rented the family room and it was spacious. Breakfast was great!

Good size family room. Would stay in that room again. Fabulous shower , loved the bath.
