Positives, nice location with things to do in the area. Place looks great on pictures and when there Quite expensive for what you receive. Spa advertised on site but was told extra cost when arrived which was not clear at booking. Thin walls could here baby in next room crying most of the night. TV did not work properly. Leak in shower into sleeping area. Food and service at other Hilton's have been good and enjoyable. This was average at bet yet the most expensive.

Loved it - perfect spot for staying if wanting to check out Conwy/Anglesey/Snowdon, child friendly. It’s reasonable, just a shame the surf centre wasn’t open.

Brilliant hotel ! Very friendly and accommodating staff. We used to stay at another hotel in Conwy but not anymore. Definitely coming here , great value for money. Love the ambience and aesthetics. Rooms Cleverly set up with space and well thought out amenities. Staff are really great. Delighted to find this Hilton for our future hiking mini breaks away with friends and family. We booked 4 rooms between us and all together on the same floor which was nice too.

Not family friendly, double bed and a small sofa bed is not big enough for a family of 4. If your children are bigger than toddlers, you'll need 2 rooms. The toilet and shower situation are a joke, there is no privacy at all. Soap and shampoo all empty and the shower floods into your room.

Unfortunately we were made to wait around for the room until late afternoon. When we came back the room smelt of vomit on check-in. They had no further rooms and the windows wouldn’t open. We ended up having to change with children in a tiny toilet cubicle twice throughout the day without a room. By evening time, they managed to spray the room with lots of air freshener which was quite sickly. With all the waiting around the fact that hotel is very oversubscribed and as a customer you are not prioritised some hours were wasted back-and-forth throughout the day they did offer us a free drink, but it doesn’t really help so we declined. Would stay in the same area locally but not at the same hotel due to these issues.

The first thing I didn't realise was that the Spa is a separate company from the hotel and costs £25 pp to use for 2 hours. Looking at the Spa, I decided it wasn't worth it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. It's clean and comfortable, but we did have to ask a second time, after waiting 2 hours, to get bedding for the sofa bed for our kids. To me it felt like a slightly nicer version of a Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Loved everything about the hotel except the bathroom which made things a little awkward with a small child with us. It would be nicer to have a bathroom rather than two little cubicles.

Hotel is beautiful! Decor gorgeous and lovely seating area and gardens. Location handy for north wales. Lovely comfortable room, a little small for a family and bath would be nice for a Hilton hotel. We had a morning walk and we counted 8 dog poo’s around the wave arena. We have two dogs and this was very disappointing. Also litter near the lift that was there on arrival and when we departed. Not Hilton standard. Breakfast was lovely but long waiting times for cooked breakfast and there not hot when we started to eat.
