The stay we attended was a joke we actually left and travelled the 3 hours back home so I’m going to be really truthful the hotel from outside is pretty surroundings descent parking ok also the put house looked like money had been put into it however my family room had water coming in through the windows running down the wall the blinds were literally broken buckled covered in black mould the cream carpet had brown stains all over and the bed when you sat on it was ice cold honestly such a shame a huge double room with an extending room but it needs done up such a waste I was offered a second room which btw was warm and clean however there was a double bed and that was about it and due to the fact it wasn’t what we were looking for I kindly rejected at the end of the day this was supposed to be a nice get away it turned into a nightmare the hotel are now wanting me to email them regarding this even though I did speak to the manager and btw before I get to him the staff member Ann I dealt with was a doll so kind and attentive to the situation she was mortified when she seen the room and agreed it was a disgrace I’d give the bnb 5 stars just for that lady however the manager Adrian vile talks to ppl like there beneath him which is rather amusing when your the manager of what can only be described as a hostel with nice scenery and a breakfast flung in my advice stay clear unless your looking for a cheap over nighter but Honestly you’d be better in a tent

A wonderful property in a fabulous location, just a short drive from cliff-top walks, great golf and the harbour and beach at Portpatrick. Our family room was well designed and well appointed.
