West End Hotel

The hotel, while in a nice area, did not have a parking lot that was easy to drive in and out of due smaller size. You can hear your neighbors the entire night, so expect to be woken by other’s alarms, children crying at night, and taking shows. Rooms was standard, however it left much to be desired. I was only given a shampoo that was watered down and it doubled as a body soap. Didn’t even bother sleeping under my sheets, bed was so springy and used I wanted the extra cushion where I could find it. Shower pressure was not great, but the water does get very (very) hot, so be warned if you have small children! Good for one night if you need to stay somewhere, but wouldn’t recommend booking for long trips.

Pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the family room. It was very clean and comfy, just what we needed prior to our long flight home early the next morning. The room was quite, had a minifridge and a fan for our use. The grounds were clean and was located on a quite corner in Nairn. The continental breakfast offered different options for a quick bite to eat, prior to jetting off to the airport. The front desk allowed us to check in an hour early, which allowed us to return our rental car in time. The front desk even scheduled us a taxi for the next morning. All in all, highly recommend this place!
