The main hotel was nice, however we were across the alley in a room that I could almost touch both walls at the same time! No room for luggage. The service in the restaurant was terrible. Just kids in there with no hospitality experience. We asked for a late checkout and it cost us 20 pounds, not a big deal but there’s that. We decided to stay one more night and their rates went up to nearly 500 pounds per night!!! On a Monday!! We went and stayed at the AC Hotel which was clean, great service and cheap! Best Western better check their competitors!! Great location though, we loved Inverness!

Perfect break with family for a leisurely catch up. Comfortable room, good food and great service
