Hotel we arrived room cold no heater work also noise coming between wall pipe noise and also I paid family room showing on pictures wilcome basket never seen some of pictures not true and they give us little heater use all night Breakfast very poor and tv no smart tv no fridge in room don’t go

Lovely hotel with a beautiful breakfast. Hotel has nice bar in reception. Also across the street from a park with beautiful trail for a nice walk. Attached to a fun center for family fun and more food options Will stay again when in the area

Not sure how this is a 4* hotel. It was filthy. Stains on the furniture and bedding. The camp bed wasn’t set up for my toddler. The only nice thing was the buffet breakfast but you are limited for choice.

Absolutely amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. The best children's meal i have experienced and Gavin on front desk was warm, friendly and a credit to the company. Breakfast was excellent too.

We have stayed in this hotel every time we visit our family in Scotland. Over the years we have noticed signs of neglect especially in the rooms. The big attraction for us has been the welcome we were given by the staff, especially a receptionist named Gary, who helps the hotel feel to us like a home from home. Sadly, most of the staff we got to know have now gone. The hotel is comfortable yet now feels neglected and has lost some of its appeal.

Absolutely Amazing ❤ We went with our 3 kids. Man on reception couldn't be any nicer. Great size room everything needed and sofa bed was made up for the kids on arrival. We had breakfast in the morning and the man who was cooking couldn't ne any more helpful as my son is only a year old he made him up scrambled eggs which he loved. And was a very large selection for breakfast. Definitely recommend for familys and will be sure to book again in the future 😀 👍

Returned after 6 years up seeing family nearby. Glad to see that it had maintained its cleanliness and good restaurant. Very comfortable, very helpful and polite staff. You need transport to get to the station or other places of interest. A very reasonably priced hotel offering good accommodation and food.
