Cleanliness about the hotel is superb! Staff cleaning all the time, day & night. Beautiful rooms, fantastic shower etc. we stayed in a family room with 2 children & plenty of room. Breakfast was lovely too

Been newly refurbished. Beautiful hotel with spa and golf course. Room was spacious for family. Food also very good only negative is the service. We ate 3 nights as food was very good. But each night it was poor. Food was served fast when order was taken but in-between it was very poor. Was never asked about another drink on any of the 3 nights

The leisure facilities are excellent, perfect for family of all ages. Food is excellent too!

Fantastic place to stay with a family. Nice and quiet location, friendly staff, big and clean family apartment. 4-star hotel, but not over-the-top. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room all in perfect working order and very clean.

Pool is excellent and couldn’t fault staff. The bathrooms were a bit run down and didn’t feel that clean as a result. The family room was also extremely dark and no partition or tv in separate adults space. So when kids went to bed you had to too. Great dinner and breakfast for children.

I annually book this hotel for myself and family, so we can have a relaxing and special night away together. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly male at the lift who offered to take our luggage, the receptionist however talked through check-in requirements so rapidly I didn't capture all she said. However we had a beautiful meal in the bar that night, and a very comfortable stay, the only complaint I had was when I booked the hotel it was with the understanding that we could use the pool, sadly we weren't advised this was unavailable due to maintenance underway until 9th December 2022 and we had no pool night for the kids, plus reception hadn't advised this on check-in. Overall loved the new decor and overall look of the hotel is beautiful, staff very attentive and friendly too

Food and services was great . Staff friendly and helpful. This hotel is going through renovations which is need . It didn’t upset are stay at all which was great . However the mattress were terrible we had a deluxe family room load of space but oh my you would be safer sleeping in the floor. When I said at the desk checking out the receptionist was apologetic but didn’t seem surprised.

- The hotel staff was very friendly & professional. - Lunch at the bar was very good. - Dinner could be improved. Portions weren't very genereous (& a bit expensive) and the food arrived quite late. (They served the kids about 10mins earlier so they had finished by the time we got our mains - even though we told the waiter to bring everything at the same time). - The breakfast quality and assortment was really good. - The hotel lobby was a bit chilly and there was nowhere really to sit down and relax... Be aware of this fact on bad weather. - The hotel has an Electric Vehicle charging point on their car park which is what made us book it in the first place. - Overall, quite happy with our stay.

Excellent facilities & staff- kids loved pool. Very good value for money. Breakfast best we've ever had at any hotel! Staff very accommodating , sorted sofa bed for kids despite my omitting them from booking ( oops!). Food fab!
